To create the animation, I used Rokoko AI motion capture, recorded myself doing the animation, and then fixed the animation by hand in UE5

Used UE5 to create a 3d animation

Put all the frames in Stable diffusion batch img2img

Used daVinci resolve deflicker to make the animation much smoother
